Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ob9my Platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers are used — is strictly prohibited. ob9my reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ob9my login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted from your ob9my account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ob9my support immediately.
ob9my supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, and Public Bank FPX. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ob9my does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies unless expressly indicated otherwise on the Platform.
Deposits are generally credited to your ob9my account balance instantly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ob9my accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside the ob9my Platform's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed by ob9my in accordance with our published processing schedule. ob9my may conduct identity and source-of-funds verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as used for your deposit, where technically feasible. ob9my reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals in excess of specified thresholds.
ob9my may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be published alongside each individual promotion.

Wagers placed on ob9my are final once confirmed by the Platform. Members accept that ob9my's server-side logs constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes and transactions. In any dispute, ob9my's server records will take precedence over client-side screenshots or recordings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ob9my Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ob9my Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No content from ob9my may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from ob9my.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ob9my, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ob9my Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, regardless of whether ob9my has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ob9my does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. ob9my will endeavour to notify Members of planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.
In no event shall ob9my's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ob9my reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification; or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the ob9my Platform or its Members.
Upon account closure for cause, ob9my may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause at ob9my's initiative, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their ob9my account may do so at any time by contacting ob9my support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance will be returned following completion of applicable withdrawal verification procedures.
ob9my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ob9my will endeavour to notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the ob9my Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ob9my's operating jurisdiction as determined by its international gaming authority licensing. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction and comply accordingly.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and ob9my, Members are encouraged to first contact ob9my support to seek resolution informally. ob9my will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through this process, the dispute may be escalated to ob9my's applicable regulatory body in accordance with the licensing authority's complaints procedure.
ob9my's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and transaction integrity is final and binding, subject only to any rights of escalation available under applicable licensing regulations.
